1. One application per entry group or individual.
2. Complete
the application form fully, especially participant names and
description for the announcer. Please type or print legibly. The parade
Committee will not be responsible for announcer’s omissions or errors
due to the submission of illegible, incomplete or incorrect
information. Remember to sign and mail the application form.
3. Entry DEADLINE, APRIL 25th
2010. Late entries will be placed in the parade lineup at the
discretion of the parade committee; however, they will not be
considered for judging.
4. Parade
numbers and information for assembly, route, and dispersal area will be
given at the time of check-in. Large groups are asked to have one
representative check in and obtain the entry number, preferably the
person in charge.
5. There is a $10 processing fee charged. The processing fee is non-refundable.

REFRAIN FROM THROWING CANDY OR OTHER MATERIALS INTO THE CROWD. THIS IS
A POTENTIAL DANGER. YOUR COOPERATION IS GREATLY APPRECIATED.
